Yellowstone 2024 Limited Edition is a Kentucky straight bourbon created by Stephen Beam of Limestone Branch Distillery. It comes in a 750ml bottle at 101 proof, or 50.5% ABV.
The release blends seven-year-old and seventeen-year-old bourbons, then gives them a double finish in French brandy and cognac casks.
The nose offers pear, ripe apple, panela sugar and leather. The palate is soft and thick, with honey, ripe stone fruit and citrus over caramel and vanilla. The finish carries honey, pear, butterscotch and leather.
