Yellowstone 2025 Limited Edition is a 10 year old Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 52.5% ABV (105 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It marks the tenth anniversary of the Yellowstone Limited Edition series, which began in 2015, and was released in September 2025.
Master Distiller Stephen Beam of Limestone Branch blended three mash bills, each aged ten years. He worked with the blending team at Ross & Squibb in Indiana, the first time the series has used barrels from both Kentucky and Indiana.
The nose has vanilla, toasted oak, caramel and hints of citrus and red fruit. The palate brings toffee, maple and stone fruit with baking spices, and the finish is long, with charred oak, honey, cherry and cinnamon.
