Yellowstone American Single Malt is Limestone Branch Distillery's take on the style, made in Lebanon, Kentucky from 100% malted barley and bottled at 54% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was released in March 2023 as a year-round expression.
The whiskey was aged for four years in new charred oak barrels.
The nose is toasted malt, caramel and vanilla with new-oak spice. The palate is rich and chewy, with malted barley sweetness, cinnamon, dark chocolate and toasted oak. The finish is long, warming and full-bodied.
