Yellowstone American Single Malt (75cl, 54%)

Yellowstone American Single Malt is a four-year-old whiskey made from 100% malted barley, bottled at 54% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It marks the Yellowstone brand's entry into the American single malt category. The whiskey was distilled and aged in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, spending four years in new charred oak barrels. The brand is managed by Limestone Branch Distillery in Kentucky. The nose offers cereal malt and honey, then toffee and a soft peach blossom sweetness, with cinnamon beneath. On the palate come honey, toasted cereal, biscuity malt, spiced pear and dates. The finish is medium-long, with oak, cinnamon and fading stone fruit.
