Yellowstone Limited Edition is an annual release of Kentucky bourbon from Limestone Branch Distillery. This bottling is 50.5% (101 proof), in a 750ml bottle.
Each year's release is built from a blend of sourced bourbons, and the finishing and blending change from one year to the next.
The nose shows pear and ripe apple, then caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, leather and a little citrus. The palate is rich and honeyed, with dark chocolate, ripe stone fruit, toffee and butterscotch, plus a hint of smoke and spice. The finish is long and warming, with charred oak, honey, pear, cinnamon and a touch of cherry.
