Yellowstone Limited Edition 2025 is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys, each aged 10 years, in a 750ml bottle. It marks ten years of the annual Limited Edition series.
For the first time, Limestone Branch Distillery and its sister distillery Ross & Squibb chose barrels together from their Kentucky and Indiana distilleries to make the blend.
The nose is vanilla and oak with hints of citrus. The palate brings rich caramel, vanilla, toffee and a touch of stone fruit, and the finish is charred oak with honey, cherry and cinnamon.
