Yellowstone Limited Edition 2024 is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 50.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is the ninth annual Limited Edition, made by Master Distiller Stephen Beam at Limestone Branch Distillery, and the first in the series to be double-finished. Bourbons of 7 and 17 years old are blended, then finished in French brandy casks and cognac casks. Production was 30,000 bottles.
The nose brings pear, panela sugar, ripe apple and leather. On the palate come basswood honey, ripe stone fruits and citrus, with caramel and vanilla. The finish is warm, with honey, Bosc pear, butterscotch and leather.
