Yellowstone Rum Cask Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Special Finishes Collection, made in Lebanon, Kentucky by seventh-generation family distillers. After its initial ageing the bourbon is finished in rum casks. It is bottled at 100 proof, which is 50% ABV, in a 750ml bottle.
The nose offers brown sugar, vanilla, ripe banana and toasted oak. The palate brings caramel, molasses, baking spice, tropical fruit and honeyed sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with a lingering rum influence, oak and spice.
