Yellowstone Rum Cask Finish is a Kentucky bourbon made by Limestone Branch Distillery, in a 75cl bottle. It is finished in Caribbean rum casks and is made from corn, malted barley and rye.
Caramel and vanilla come through on the nose, with hints of tropical fruit from the rum casks. The palate starts smooth, with molasses, oak and a touch of spice, and the finish is long and warming.
