Yellowstone Select Bourbon 93 Proof (46.5%)

Yellowstone Select is a straight bourbon bottled at 93 proof (46.5%). It is a small-batch blend of 4-year-old and 7-year-old bourbons, chosen by seventh-generation distillers and made as a nod to their family origins. The nose brings rye spice with soft, leathery cherries. On the palate there is smoked caramel, leading to a finish of smoky oak and brown sugar.
