Yellowstone Small Batch 107 Proof 6 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 53.5%)

Yellowstone Small Batch 107 is a six-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 53.5% ABV (107 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and made at the Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky. Seventh-generation master distiller Stephen Beam created it as a return to the 1960s, when the brand, launched in 1872, sold a six-year-old bourbon. It is the only Yellowstone expression with an age statement on the label. The nose offers salted caramel, chocolate, vanilla, raw walnuts and oak. The palate brings caramel, oak and honey, and the finish is peppery with spicy oak.
