Yellowstone Toasted is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon bottled at 50% ABV and released as a limited edition. Its mash bill is mostly corn, with rye and malted barley alongside.
The bourbon is first aged in traditional American oak casks and then moved into toasted casks. The toasting is gentle and long, which brings out rounder, sweeter notes and adds texture.
The flavours are usually described as vanilla, warm caramel and brown sugar, with pastry, woody and lightly toasted tones.
