Yeni Raki (70cl)

A traditional Turkish spirit from Yeni, produced in Turkey from selected grapes and high-quality anise. It has a distinctive flavour and a penetrating aroma that stimulates the senses. When diluted with water it turns opaque, a phenomenon known as louching, admired for both its appearance and its taste. The spirit is known for a sweet-bitter balance with herbal undertones and lightly spicy touches. It suits the end of a meal or an evening with friends, and pairs particularly well with aromatic and spicy dishes, especially Mediterranean and Balkan cuisine. It is presented in a 70cl bottle.
