Yoichi 15 Year Old is a single malt Japanese whisky from Nikka's Yoichi Distillery in Hokkaido, bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery was founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru and still distils with direct coal-fired pot stills. This bottling is matured for fifteen years.
It is described as bringing together orchard fruit, a little coastal salinity, warming spice and peat smoke.
