Ysabel Regina is a Spanish brandy made from a blend of Solera Gran Reserva brandy and Cognac VSOP. It is further aged in oak casks that previously held Pedro Ximénez wine. The 70 cl bottle is suited to tasting or refined cocktails. On the nose it shows intense notes of dark chocolate, coffee and raisin. On the palate it is soft and persistent, with sweet and fruity notes alongside toasted and spicy hints.
