Yukisato 5 Year Old Blended Whisky (70cl, 40%)

Yukisato 5 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky, made from a combination of selected whiskies and matured in oak for a minimum of five years. It is bottled at 40% and is a bright golden amber in colour. It can be served neat, with a few drops of water or over ice, and also works in a highball made with plenty of ice and cold soda water. The nose is vanilla, caramel and sweet malt with ripe fruit and delicate spice. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, with caramel, vanilla, yellow fruit, light oak and sweet spice. The finish is medium, warm and slightly sweet.
