Yukisato Single Grain is a Japanese single grain whisky from Kiyokawa Co, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in selected casks and has a bright, pale gold colour. The nose opens with delicate vanilla and caramel, followed by dried fruit and a light spiciness reminiscent of cinnamon and white pepper. The palate is soft, with a sweet entry and vanilla blending into biscuit and honey, while a gentle spicy prickle persists. The finish is long and lasting.
