Yukon Jack Apple 100 Proof Canadian Whisky (75cl, 50%)

Yukon Jack Apple 100 Proof is a Canadian whisky liqueur in a 75cl-sized 750ml bottle, made by blending the Yukon Jack spirit with apple flavour. It is bottled at 50% ABV, or 100 proof. The higher strength is the point of this expression: it is meant to keep the apple and the whisky character present in shots and mixed drinks rather than letting them fade. The notes describe red apple and cinnamon-spiced whisky on the nose. The palate is sweet and tart, with baked apple, honey and warming whisky spice, followed by a long apple finish.
