Yukon Jack Honey 100 Proof Canadian Whisky (75cl, 50%)

Yukon Jack Honey 100 Proof is a Canadian whisky liqueur in a 750ml bottle, made by blending the Yukon Jack spirit with natural honey flavour. It is bottled at 50% ABV, or 100 proof. The strength is meant to let the honeyed sweetness sit over a firm whisky warmth, so the flavour holds up with ice or in a mixer. In the tasting notes, the nose offers wildflower honey, vanilla and warm whisky spice. The palate is rich, with golden honey, caramel and cinnamon-tinged whisky, and the finish is long, warming and honeyed.
