Yzaguirre Blanco Reserva Vermouth (1L)

Yzaguirre Blanco Reserva is a white Spanish vermouth from a house making vermouth since 1884, in a one-litre bottle. Herbs, spices and botanicals are selected and macerated for a long period to bring out their aromas. The colour is pale and bright. The nose and palate show citrus and vanilla alongside aromatic herbs and a light spiciness, with sweetness and bitterness in balance. The texture is velvety and the body well structured, leading to a pleasantly long finish. It works as an aperitif or in cocktails, served chilled, with a slice of lemon or orange.
