A white wine from Zaccagnini, made from Pinot Grigio in the hills around Pescara.
Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature, it shows a pale straw colour with greenish reflections. The nose offers floral notes with green apple, pear and fresh almond. On the palate it is elegant and well balanced, with lively acidity and a persistent finish.
It suits an aperitif and pairs with fish, white meat and fresh cheeses.
