Zafiro Classic is a gin from Williams & Humbert, the Jerez house founded in 1877 by Alexander Williams and his brother-in-law Arthur Humbert. It is made in a traditional manner from carefully chosen natural botanicals, with juniper, citrus and floral notes to the fore.
The nose is clean, bright and intense, with juniper, white flowers and citrus, lemon in particular. The palate is of medium intensity and very pleasant, with elegant notes of citrus and juniper.
