Zedda Piras Mirto Bianco (70cl, 30%)

A Sardinian mirto liqueur made from white myrtle berries selected in the Sardinian countryside. It is produced by macerating the myrtle fruits, then slow distillation to preserve the rich flavour and natural aromas. At 30% vol, it works as a digestif or in cocktails. The nose shows intense white berry notes with aromatic herbs and a light touch of spice; the palate is sweet but balanced, with a persistent aftertaste recalling the fruit.
