An amaro with a balanced character, where the bitterness is decided but never aggressive, supported by an underlying sweetness that softens the sip. The nose opens on an herbal and citrus bouquet, with essential peels and a background of sweet spices. On the palate it shows a linear structure, fine tannins, good savouriness and a bitter persistence that evolves into citrus and balsamic returns. It works as a digestif or in Mediterranean-style cocktails, and pairs well with dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
