Zodiak Tiger is a small-batch bourbon bottled at 40% in a 1.75L decanter shaped as a tiger. It is aged in new charred white oak casks, from a mash bill of 79% corn and 21% rye.
The nose is light caramel and vanilla over oak. The palate is sweet corn, soft rye spice and toasty oak, and the finish is smooth and long, fading gently on vanilla and oak.
