Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka (1L)

Zubrowka Bison Grass is a Polish rye vodka in a 1 litre bottle. A single blade of bison grass, which grows in the Białowieża National Park, is infused in each bottle, giving a light herbal flavour and a faint green tint to the clear spirit. The nose is fresh and herbal, with a subtle, almost vanilla-like sweetness. The palate is soft and velvety, with a light sweetness set against the clean strength of the spirit. It can be served neat and cold, or mixed with fresh apple juice in the cocktail known as Tatanka.
