Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka (70cl, 37.5%)

Zubrowka is a Polish flavoured vodka made to an old recipe that dates back to the 1300s. The vodka is run through crushed bison grass several times, using only fine, fresh grass and pure water from the deepest well in Poland. Once the right intensity is reached it is left to mature, and a single blade of bison grass is placed in every bottle. The taste is spicy and intense, with delicate notes of dried bison grass. It suits a szarlotka, the Polish serve of vodka with apple juice and a slice of lemon.
