Żubrówka Vodka (1L, 40%)

A Polish vodka made using Hierochloe odorata, known as bison grass, from the Białowieża forest. Each bottle contains a blade of grass, and traditional distillation preserves the natural flavours and delicate aroma of the herb. At 40% vol it is smooth with a subtle herbal finish, suited to drinking neat or in cocktails. The colour is clear with slight golden reflections; the nose shows herbal notes with vanilla and almond.
