15 Stars Triple Cask Bourbon is a limited release blend of Kentucky straight bourbons, aged for 16 and 8 years and finished in Cognac, Port and rum casks. It is bottled at 105 proof.
The nose opens with baked blackberry and cream, brown sugar and nutmeg, then moves to leather and cigar box. On the palate come dark fruit and nutmeg with lively Cognac notes, followed by caramel and aged oak.
The finish begins with rich port sweetness, then turns to seasoned oak and worn leather.
