1792 Bottled-in-Bond is a bourbon made under the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. The barrels were all filled in the same season, and the whiskey was bottled at exactly 100 proof, or 50%, in a 75cl bottle. It is described as a well-aged bourbon with a bold taste and a lingering finish. The usual spice of 1792 bourbon meets charred oak and fresh mint, with subtle caramel apple tones balanced by lingering coffee and black pepper.
