1792 Bottled in Bond is a well-aged bourbon made in the Bottled-in-Bond tradition, which goes back to the Act of 1897. All the barrels were filled during the same season, and the bourbon was bottled at 100 proof.
The spice typical of 1792 Bourbon comes with charred oak and fresh mint. Subtle caramel apple tones are balanced by coffee and black pepper that linger.
