Pronounced rye spice sits alongside the caramel and vanilla sweetness of barrel ageing, with toasted oak and warm baking spice.
The nose combines rye spice with caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, toasted oak and hints of dark fruit. The palate is full-bodied and warming, with peppery rye, brown sugar, vanilla, oak and a subtle herbal note. The finish is long, with lingering rye spice, caramelised sweetness, cinnamon, pepper and seasoned oak.
