1792 Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown. It comes from a single barrel, was aged in new charred oak barrels, and is bottled at 49.3% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose brings caramelised sugar, ripe fruit and a touch of leather. On the palate there is caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, with a hint of spice that lingers into the finish.
