1792 Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle.
Its flavour is led by nuts: toasted walnuts, pecans and Brazil nuts. A spicy note follows, with the smoky heat of hatch chiles alongside cinnamon, crème brûlée, Bananas Foster, orange, canned peaches, caramel chew and toffee.
As the flavours develop, the pepper spices return and carry into a finish that lingers on the palate.
