A blanco tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave in Mexico, in the Jalisco tequila region. It is double-distilled in an unaged style intended to highlight agave purity and freshness. The profile aims for balance, with natural sweetness, a peppery-citrus edge and a tidy finish. It appears on the New York International Spirits Competition's 2025 Top 20 Tequilas of the Year list. On the nose there is clean cooked agave, soft floral notes, bright citrus peel and gentle pepper. The palate is smooth and balanced, with agave sweetness, citrus, light herbal notes and restrained white-pepper spice. The finish is medium and tidy, with agave, citrus zest and a lightly peppered fade.
