23rd Street – Single Malt Whisky Limited Edition (70cl)

A limited edition single malt from 23rd Street, the first all-Australian whisky release from the distillery. It is made from a single variety of Australian malting barley grown in southern Queensland, distilled in copper pots and matured in ex-bourbon oak barrels. The warm Riverland climate has gently speeded up maturation. It is non-chill filtered. Light amber in colour, it shows dried fig and cedar aromas with floral and vanilla notes. The palate brings citrus peel and warm toffee, with a buttery length.
