This is a single barrel bourbon from 291 Colorado Whiskey, bottled at barrel proof at 63.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The whiskey was aged in a new American oak barrel and finished with toasted Aspen staves, which gives it a Colorado character rather than the traditional southern style of bourbon.
It is full-bodied, with dark red cherry, honeycomb and campfire marshmallow. The palate is coating and leads into a very long finish.
