9Didante Inferno is an Italian vermouth made in the Turin tradition. It is an aromatised fortified wine, flavoured with a carefully chosen blend of herbs and spices that balances sweetness, bitterness and aromatic depth.
The colour is deep and warm. The nose is rich and intense, with herbal, floral and spicy notes, citrus peel and a mix of sweet and bitter spices. On the palate the sweetness of the wine meets restrained bitterness and spice, with herb and citrus flavours carrying into a persistent, slightly bitter finish. It suits neat serving over ice or classic cocktails.
