This A.D. Rattray Linkwood is a 15 year old Speyside single malt from a single cask, bottled at a cask strength of 56.6% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2013, and 280 bottles were filled. It matured in refill American oak and is natural colour and non-chill-filtered. It forms part of the independent bottler's Cask Collection.
The nose offers pink grapefruit, peach blossom and a note of caffè latte. On the palate, Seville orange leads into dark chocolate and rye bread. The finish is long and warming, with dark chocolate and citrus pith.
