This is a 33-year-old Speyside single malt, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2024 for the Single Malts of Scotland range from Elixir Distillers. The release comprises 253 bottles, each in a black presentation box with gold details.
The whisky is a warm copper colour. Ripe apples, pears and a fine honey sweetness lead the nose. The palate is soft, with vanilla, light oak spice and subtle nutty notes. The finish is long, with fine dryness and lingering fruit.
