Aberargie Golden Promise is a single malt distillery release built around Golden Promise barley, a variety known for its rich flavour and its historic importance in Scotch whisky.
It is matured with a 68% influence from first-fill bourbon casks, while selected first-fill sherry casks make up the remaining 32%.
The whisky is described as structured and indulgent, with layers of buttery pastry, baked orchard fruits and gentle spice.
