A 12 year old Highland single malt from Aberfeldy, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery draws its water from the Pitilie Burn, a stream known for its purity and natural gold deposits. Distilling takes place in hand-made copper stills, and fermentation runs for 70 hours, which is credited with the honey character of the whisky.
The nose offers sweet honey, heather, citrus fruit and cereal. The palate is very soft and sweet, with strong honey notes and fresh fruit. The finish is mild, long and fruity-sweet.
