An 18-year-old Highland single malt from Aberfeldy, part of the distillery's Wine Cask series. It matured first in first fill bourbon casks, then spent 12 months in Sangiovese red wine casks from eastern Tuscany.
The finish adds aromas of juicy red plums and ripe cherries to Aberfeldy's mild, sweet house character. It is a limited edition, bottled at 46% without chill-filtration or added colouring.
