Aberlour A'bunadh is a single malt at 61.5% ABV. The name means 'the original' in Gaelic, and the whisky is made in homage to Aberlour's founder, James Fleming. It has achieved a cult following among malt lovers.
It is a deep, rich amber with copper highlights. The nose is heady with toffee, smoky brine and peach compote, and the palate is creamy and sweet, laden with warm toffee and baked fruit.
