Ableforth's Bathtub Gin (70cl)

A gin made by cold compounding, with botanicals infused into the base spirit at low temperature. Juniper berries, coriander, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom are selected for a rich, complex aromatic profile. The infusion leaves the spirit slightly cloudy, preserving the essential oils. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for cocktails. On the nose, cardamom and cinnamon meet juniper and coriander. The palate is rich and full, with a sweet entry followed by a spicy complexity that carries through to a long finish.
