Ableforth's Bathtub Old Tom Gin (50cl)

Ableforth's Bathtub Old Tom is a slightly sweetened Old Tom gin, made by cold-compounding with natural botanicals including juniper, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and citrus peels. It differs from a classic London Dry through its subtle sweetness, added with a pinch of sugar, which softens the spirit without overwhelming the spice and herb balance. The bottle is hand-wrapped in brown paper with string and wax. On the palate it is rich and spicy, with clear juniper and a sweet aromatic background of orange and cinnamon, finishing clean and fresh with a warm spicy note.
