A refined expression of Marche winemaking tradition from Accadia, made from Verdicchio grown in the hills around Jesi.
It has a bright straw-yellow colour, with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus and light mineral notes. Ageing in stainless steel preserves the varietal aromas, giving a balanced, dry and pleasantly fresh palate with lively acidity and good persistence.
It suits seafood starters, grilled fish and fresh cheeses, and is a versatile companion to Mediterranean cooking.
