Adelaide Hills Distillery – 78 Degrees Australian Whiskey (70cl, 44%)

78 Degrees is an Australian whiskey from Adelaide Hills Distillery, bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle. It was made to move away from the Scottish influence that has shaped much Australian whiskey, from production methods to still design. The grain is locally sourced from a single paddock, and the casks are hand selected. The distillery keeps control of the whole process and works with quality and sustainable practices in mind, aiming for a style that is distinctly Australian.
