Adelaide Hills Distillery – 78 Degrees Australian Whiskey (70cl, 44%)

78 Degrees is an Australian whiskey from Adelaide Hills Distillery, bottled at 44% abv in a 70cl bottle. It was made to depart from the Scottish influence that has largely shaped Australian whiskey, from production methods through to still design. The distillery keeps control throughout, starting with locally sourced single paddock grain and moving on to hand selected casks. The aim is a whiskey that is Australian in style and flavour, made with a focus on quality and sustainable practices.
