The nose is pastry-like and sharp, with flaked almond, biscuits, dried ginger, cranberry, lemonade and cake batter. The palate is light and rich at once, with Ramos Gin Fizz, sponge fingers, meringue, macadamia, herbal notes and white grapefruit. The finish is lively, sparkling and lemony.
